Damage
If your items arrive broken:
- Please contact us immediately by
fax 860/217-0012 or e-mail jimnmolly@polishpotteryplus.com.
- Please include name, order
number, date of order,
and contact information in all correspondence.
- Please keep the box, packing
material, and the broken item(s).
- In most cases we will arrange to have
the
original package and the broken item(s) picked up by the carrier who delivered
it.
- We will need the tracking number and the item number(s) of the broken
piece(s).
- No claims will be accepted by Polish Pottery Plus after 5 business days from
date of receipt of goods
Returns
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you wish to return
an item:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery and let us know what
items you would like to return.
- We will issue a return authorization.
- Pack the pottery well, and send it back
to us.
- If we receive it in re-sellable condition, with all the tags still
on
each item, we will gladly refund your purchase price.
- You will be responsible
for the shipping costs, unless the wrong item was shipped.

Polish Pottery Plus will never share your name, personal information, or email with other vendors or merchants.
